اثربخشی زوج درمانی تلفیقی به روش دایمند بر بهزیستی روانشناختی و تعارض زناشویی زوجین بعد از تولد اولین فرزند

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی زوج­درمانی تلفیقی به روش دایمند بر بهزیستی روانشناختی و تعارض زناشویی بعد از تولد اولین فرزند زوجین شهرستان اهواز بود. بر این اساس، سه زوج به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از طرح تجربی تک موردی از نوع خط پایه چندگانه استفاده شد. زوج­درمانی تلفیقی به روش دایمند در سه مرحله خط پایه، مداخله و پیگیری انجام شد و زوجین به مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی و مقیاس تعارض زناشویی کانزاس پاسخ دادند. داده­ها به روش ترسیم دیداری، شاخص تغییر پایا (RCI) و فرمول درصد بهبودی تحلیل شدند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد زوج­درمانی تلفیقی به روش دایمند باعث کاهش معنادار تعارضات زناشویی شد ولی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی زوجین تاثیر معنادار نداشت. زوج درمانی تلفیقی به روش دایمند می­تواند برای تسهیل انتقال زوجین به مرحله والدگری موثر باشد و خانواده­درمانگران می­توانند از این روش درمانی برای بهبود روابط زناشویی زوجین ایرانی استفاده کنند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of present study was the effectiveness of Integrative Couple Therapy via Diamond Method on psychological well-being and marital conflict after the birth of first child in couples of Ahvaz. Three couples were selected using purposeful sampling. Multiple baseline experimental single case study was used as the method of the present study. Integrative Couple Therapy via Diamond Method was carried out in three phase of baseline, intervention and follow-up and participants completed the Ryff`s Psychological Well-being Scale (PWB) and Kansas Marital Conflict Scale (KMCS). Data analyzed with visuals inspection, reliable change index (RCI) strategies and improvement percentage. The results showed that The Integrative Couple Therapy via Diamond Method had significant effect in decreasing of marital conflict but this therapy had not significant effect on psychological well-being. The Integrative Couple Therapy via Diamond Method can be effective in transition to parenthood and family therapist can use this intervention to improvement of marital relationship quality in Iranian`s couples.
