مقایسه اثربخشی قصه درمانگری کودکان، آموزش رفتاری والدین و روش تألیفی آموزش رفتاری والدین توأم با قصه درمانگری در کاهش مشکلات برونی سازی شده کودکان

چکیده

این پـژوهش به منظور مقـایسه اثـربخشی قصه­ درمانگری کودکان، آموزش رفتاری والدین و روش تألیفی آموزش رفتاری والدین توأم با قصه درمانگری، بر کاهش مشکلات بـرونی­ سـازی شـده انـجـام گـرفته است. فـهـرست رفتـاری کـودکــان (CBCL) در یک نمونه 352 نفری از مادران دانش ­آموزان پسر مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان رشت اجرا شد. 36 نفر از کودکانی که بالاترین نمره ­ها را در مقیاس برونی­ سازی شده  فهرست رفتاری کودکان دریافت کرده بودند، به تصادف در سه گروه قصه­ درمانگری، آموزش رفتاری والدین و روش تألیفی جایگزین شدند. مداخلات طی چهار هفته انجام شد. داده­ های کمی با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکراهه، آزمون تعقیبی (شفه) و آزمون t برای گروه­ های همبسته تحلیل شد. بین نتایج گروه­ های قصه­ درمانگری، آموزش رفتاری والدین و روش تألیفی، تفاوت، معنادار بود. کودکانی که در جلسات قصه­ درمانگری شرکت کرده بودند، کمترین کاهش را در مشکلات برونی­ سازی شده نشان دادند و اثر افزودن قصه­ درمانگری به آموزش رفتاری والدین مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. هر دو روش آموزش رفتاری والدین و مداخله تألیفی، اثربخش بودند لیکن تغییر معناداری در اندازه ­های مربوط به گروه قصه درمانگری مشاهده نگردید. یافته­ های این پژوهش واجد کاربردهای بالینی در قلمرو پیشگیری و درمان مشکلات برونی­ سازی شده کودکان است.
