The research was conducted with the aim of meta-analysis of researches in the field of effectiveness of therapeutic approach based on acceptance and commitment on indicators of relationships between couples and to resolve possible contradictions in the results of different researches. The number of 68 primary researches based on the entry and exit criteria among articles and theses in the country that were available in the Center for Documents and Information of Scientific Documents of Iran, the Scientific Database of Jihad Academic, the Information Bank of Iranian Publications and during the years 1390 to March 1402 were selected and entered in Misrabadi data entry form (2015) and then the selected researches were analyzed with CMA 2 software. The summary effect sizes of the random model of the effectiveness of the therapeutic approach based on acceptance and commitment on the separation of positive and negative indicators in relationships between couples were equal to 1.325 and 0.428. It has a moderate effect. Due to the high degree of heterogeneity, the effect sizes were analyzed by different types of indicators.The implications of this meta-analysis emphasize the high effects of the treatment based on acceptance and commitment on various indicators in relationships between couples
