"Right" has a main role as an element guaranteeing the preferences of human beings in the field of belonging and in the context of the value equality of intersex people with the other two models, female and male. In the meantime, the serious mission of guaranteeing the right to motherhood of intersex mothers has been burdened on the shoulders of politically organized societies that are accused with violating the fundamental rights of intersex mothers such as self-determination and unwarranted medical interventions as examples of clear human rights violations. This article seeks to present an analytical and interdisciplinary study to examine the concerns of this group of mothers, for whom chromosomal biology has given them such an option, and to remind the point that the concept of motherhood And the specifics related to this role depend more than anything on understanding the concept of identity and identifying the in-between situation as a "different" and not "disordered" situation, in which case intersex mothers who are in an unequal situation in the realm of their in-between lives this time they can hug their children in the safe space of the right to motherhood.
