Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Emmons Gratitude Training on Hope and happiness. For the purpose of this study, 40 young couples in Neyshabour city were selected. The present study is a quasi-experimental research with control and experimental group. The experimental group received Gratitude Training for 9 sessions and the control group did not receive anything. The analysis of the findings shows that the mean scores of Hope and happiness of the subjects different between groups (control and experimental groups), after the adjustment of the pre-test (p
