Abstract

Zãl's birth is unique, as he was raised by Simorgh, a symbol of old age, and his name Zãl carries mythological significance similar to Jam and Shid. In the end, Zãl became an important palace in the Kiyani dynasty. This research analyzes conflicting behaviors in "The Birth of Zãl" psychologically, focusing on Sam's emotional states and Simorgh's reaction during Zãl's birth. It explores family-centered links in the Shahnameh, emphasizing the significance of archetypes in cultural contexts. The study suggests that defying psychological reinforcements and life scripts can lead to neurosis. Parents play a fundamental role in fostering and maintaining family ties, although establishing strong ones is impossible. His “Ego state” pattern shows the signs of the “BLEMISH”. In this game, Sãm is the Operant, and the act appears to satisfy the "child" with the shadow of the "parent”. "Simorq" is the Respondent and symbol of the "old wisdom”. Another game is the “HOMELY SAGE”. This is done in an adult process in the direction of mutual satisfaction.
