تجربه زیسته زنان از روابط فرازناشویی همسر: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناختی

چکیده

رابطه فرازناشویی مشکلی است که زندگی افراد را به شدت تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد و یکی از دلایل اصلی طلاق به شمار می‌رود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، درک عمیق تجربه زنان از روابط فرازناشویی شوهرانشان بوده است. روش پژوهش حاضر پدیدارشناسی است که در زمره پژوهش‌های کیفی قرار دارد. بدین منظور، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، 12 زن خیانت‌دیده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از روش مصاحبه عمیق استفاده شد. مصاحبه‌ها ضبط و کلمه به کلمه پیاده شد و با استفاده از روش کولیزی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه پنج درون مایه اصلی استخراج شد که شامل آشفتگی شدید جسمانی و روانی، احساسات ناخوشایند، اشتغال فکری مداوم با چرایی رخداد، نابسامانی در رابطه با همسر پیمان‌شکن، سوگ و حسرت بود. بر اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه، پیامدهای منفی روابط فرازناشویی برای همسر آسیب‌دیده و برای کل خانواده بسیار عمیق و طولانی مدت است. در نتیجه، آگاه سازی افراد از این پیامدهای منفی می‌تواند در پیشگیری از روابط فرازناشویی مؤثر باشد. از طرفی درمانگران می‌توانند با استفاده از این یافته‌ها به مراجعان خود کمک کنند به شیوه بهتری با این مشکل کنار بیایند.

Extramarital relationship is one of the problems that severely affects individuals lives and is one of the main reasons of divorce. The aim of the present study is deep understanding of women's experience of their husbands extramarital relations. The research method is phenomenology which is a qualitative method. For this purpose, 12 persons were selected by purposeful sampling method. Depth interview methods were used for data collection. The interviews were recorded and written word by word and were analyzed using the colizzi method. Five main themes were extracted including intense confusion, unpleasant emotions, intense preoccupation with the causes of infidelity, dissolution in life with unfaithful spouse and grief and sorrow. Based on the findings of this study, the negative consequences of extramarital relationship is very deep and long-lasting for damaged wife and the whole family. As a result, make people aware of the negative consequences can be effective in the prevention of extramarital relationship. Additionally, the clinicians can use these findings to help the women to cope with the problem in a better way.
