مقایسه نقش خانواده و مراکز بهزیستی در کیفیت زندگی کم توانان ذهنی تربیت پذیر

چکیده

ارتقای کیفیت زندگی یک هدف اساسی در توانبخشی افراد کم­توان ذهنی است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین تفاوت کیفیت زندگی کم­توانان ذهنی تربیت­پذیر مراقبت شده در خانواده و مراکز بهزیستی می­باشد. طی یک پژوهش مقطعی- مقایسه­ای، 225 نفر از کم­توانان ذهنی تربیت­پذیر استان تهران به شیوه نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای انتخاب شدند.  در گروه­ کم­توانان ذهنی نگهداری شده در خانواده یکی از والدین و در گروه­ نگهداری شده در  مراکز بهزیستی مراقب آنان به عنوان نایب به تکمیل پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی کامینز پرداختند. آزمون غیر پارامتری کراسکال­والیس نشان داد که کیفیت زندگی افراد کم­توان ذهنی تربیت­پذیر در خانواده از گروه نگهداری شده در مراکز بهزیستی، به نحو معناداری بالاتر است. یافته­های این مطالعه، در زمینه­ ارتقای کیفیت زندگی کم­توانان ذهنی تربیت­پذیر در خانواده، مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.
