پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی بر مبنای «هماهنگی نگرش‌ها»، «آشنایی با نگرش‌های همسر» و «هماهنگی ارزش‌های زوجین»

چکیده

رضایت زناشویی برای حفظ زندگی زوجین و بهزیستی آن‌ها، مهم است و عواملی که رضایت زناشویی را افزایش می‌دهد، مشهود است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس هماهنگی نگرش‌ها، آشنایی با نگرش‌های همسر و هماهنگی ارزش‌های زوجین است. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. ۱۲۶ زوج از زوجین متأهل شهر تهران و کرج که به روش  نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند، در این پژوهش شرکت کردند.  تمامی آزمودنی‌ها، پرسش‌نامۀ‌ رضایت زناشویی انریچ (ENRICH)، پرسش‌نامۀ سازگاری زناشویی اسپانیر (DAS) و پرسش‌نامۀ ارزش‌های آلپورت (SOV) را تکمیل نمودند. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که بین هماهنگی نگرش‌ها، آشنایی با نگرش‌های همسر و هماهنگی ارزش‌های زوجین با رضایت زناشویی، رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و این متغیرها قدرت پیش‌بینیِ رضایت زناشویی را دارد. مقدار ضریب همبستگی رضایت زناشویی زوجین با هماهنگی نگرش‌های زوجین، آشنایی با نگرش‌های همسر و هماهنگی ارزش‌های زوجین برابر ۰.۷۱ و واریانس مشترک آن‌ها برابر با ۰.۵۰ است که به‌معنای آن است که متغیرهای موردنظر ۵۰ درصد رضایت زناشویی زوجین را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند؛ در این بین، هماهنگی نگرش‌های زوجین بیشترین نقش را در پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی دارد و پس از آن آشنایی با نگرش‌های همسر و در انتها هماهنگی ارزش‌های زوجین، می‌توانند رضایت زناشویی را پیش‌بینی کنند.

Marital satisfaction is important for maintaining the life of couples and their well-being, and identifying the factors that increase marital satisfaction is evident. The purpose of this study was to predict marital satisfaction based on the attitude similarity, attitude familiarity and values similarity of couples. The research design was a descriptive and correlational study. The statistical population of this study was all married couples in Tehran and Karaj. 126 couples were selected by voluntary and accessible method. All subjects completed the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale Questionnaire (Enrich), Dynamic Adjustment Scale Inventory (DAS) and Study of Values Questionnaire (SOV).
Findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between coordination of feedback, familiarity with spouse's feedback and coordination of couples' values with marital satisfaction. These variables have the power to predict marital satisfaction. With the spouse's feedback and coordination, the couple's values are equal to 0.71 and their common variance is equal to 0.50, which means that the desired variables predict 50% of the couple's marital satisfaction. The results showed the importance of coordinating feedback, familiarity with the spouse's feedback and coordinating the couple's values on marital satisfaction, which can be considered in marriage counseling sessions.
