بررسی رابطه‌ بین دلزدگی زناشویی، باورهای بدکارکردی جنسی و احقاق جنسی در زنان دارای همسر مبتلا به دیابت و مقایسه‌ آن با زنان دارای همسر غیرمبتلا

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین دلزدگی زناشویی، احقاق جنسی و باورهای بدکارکردی جنسی در زنان دارای همسر دیابتی و مقایسه آن با زنان دارای همسر غیردیابتی است. پژوهش حاضر روی جامعه نمونه‌ای به اندازه 200 نفر صورت گرفته است.100 نفر از آن‌ها از جامعه زنان دارای همسر دیابتی و 100 نفر دیگر از جامعه زنان دارای همسر غیردیابتی به روش نمونه­گیری جامعه در دسترس انتخاب شدند.ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک (محقق‌ساخته)، مقیاس دلزدگی زناشویی (CBM)، شاخص احقاق جنسی هالبـرت (HISA) و پرسش‌نامه باورهای بدکارکردی جنسی (SDBQ) بودند. داده­ها با کاربرد آمار توصیفی (جدول توصیفی داده­ها، فراوانی، درصد، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی از قبیل ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندمتغیره و تحلیل واریانس چند­متغیره (MANOVA)، تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد، بین دلزدگی ­زناشویی، باورهای بدکارکردی جنسی و احقاق ­جنسی در زنان دارای همسر دیابتی با زنان دارای همسر غیردیابتی در هرسه مؤلفه مورد بررسی، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد؛ زنان دارای همسر دیابتی در مؤلفه احقاق جنسی از میانگین پایین­تر و در مؤلفه دلزدگی زناشویی و باورهای بدکارکردی جنسی نیز از میانگین بالاتری نسبت به زنان دارای همسر غیر­دیابتی برخوردار بودند. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش به نظر می­رسد یکی از عوامل مهمی که در ایجاد یا افزایش دلزدگی­ زناشویی، تشدید باورهای غلط جنسی در زمینه عملکرد ­جنسی و میزان پایین احقاق­ جنسی در زنان تأثیرگذار است، اختلال و کژکارکردی جنسی در همسر می­باشد. در واقع زنانی که همسرشان از بیمارهای مزمنی چون دیابت (که منجر به اختلال در عملکرد جنسی فرد می­شود) رنج می­برند، دارای احقاق جنسی پایین­تر و میزان دلزدگی ­زناشویی و باورهای بدکارکردی جنسی بالاتری از سایر زنان هستند.

This study attempts to consider the relationship between couple burnout, sexual assertiveness, and sexual dysfunctional beliefs in women with diabetic husbands and comparing them with women with non-diabetic husbands. This study includes a sample population of 200 individuals; 100 women with diabetic husbands and 100 women with non-diabetic husbands. These participants were selected through available sampling method. Both of the groups filled the questioners including personality trait, demographic (self-made), couple burnout (CBM), sexual assertiveness (HISA) and sexual dysfunctional beliefs (SDBQ). Results of multi- variable analysis of variance of the main question of research show that there is a meaningful difference between couple burnout, sexual assertiveness, and sexual dysfunctional beliefs in women with diabetic husbands and women with non-diabetic husbands. Women with non-diabetic husbands had higher sexual assertiveness and lower couple burnout and sexual dysfunctional beliefs than women with diabetic husbands. It seems that one of the most important factors influencing and increaseing couple burnout, increasing wrong sexual beliefs regarding sexual function, and decreasing sexual assertiveness in women is sexual dysfunction of the husband.  In fact, women whose husbands suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes (resulting in sexual dysfunction in patients) have lower sexual assertiveness and higher couple burnout and sexual dysfunctional beliefs comparing to other women.
