رابطه علی انگ ناباروری و پریشانی روانشناختی با کیفیت رابطه زناشویی از طریق میانجی گری فراهیجان در زنان نابارور

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر رابطه علی انگ ناباروری و پریشانی روانشناختی با کیفیت رابطه زناشویی و همچنین رابطه غیرمستقیم آنها از طریق فراهیجان در زنان نابارور بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه زنان نابارور مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز درمان ناباروری جهاد دانشگاهی اهواز که در طی ماههای شهریور تا آبان 1397 مراجعه کرده بودند که از بین آنان 170 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش، آزمودنی‌ها پرسشنامه انگ ناباروری فای و همکاران (2014)، پرسشنامه پریشانی روانشناختی کسلر (2003)، پرسشنامه وضعیت زناشویی گلومبوک-راست (1988) و پرسشنامه فراهیجان میتمنسگرابر و همکاران (2009) را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل‌ها بر اساس مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. نتایج مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری برازندگی مدل پیشنهادی را بر اساس داده‌ها مورد حمایت قرار دادند. نتایج حاکی از اثر انگ ناباروری بر کیفیت روابط زناشویی، فراهیجان مثبت و فراهیجان منفی و اثر پریشانی روانشناختی بر فراهیجان منفی همچنین اثر فراهیجان مثبت و فراهیجان منفی بر کیفیت روابط زناشویی بود. همچنین نتایج اثر غیرمستقیم انگ ناباروری و پریشانی روانشناختی را از طریق فراهیجان مثبت و فراهیجان منفی بر کیفیت روابط زناشویی تأیید کرد (05/0P<). اما مسیر مستقیم پریشانی روانشناختی با فراهیجان مثبت و کیفت روابط زناشویی تأیید نشد و از مدل نهایی حذف گردید. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده فرا هیجان‌ها می‌توانند در کنترل و مدیریت هیجانات منفی ناشی از انگ ناباروری و پریشانی‌های روانشناختی ناشی از آن مؤثر باشد و در نهایت منجر بهبودکیفیت روابط زناشویی گردد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationship between stigma infertility and psychological distress with quality of marital relationship, as well as the indirect relationship through meta-emotion in infertile women. The statistical population of this study was all infertile women referred to Ahwaz University Jihad Infertility Center during the months of September to November 2018 that among them, 170 were selected by purposeful sampling. In this research, the subjects completed Faye Infertility Questionnaire (2014), Kessler's psychological Distress Questionnaire (2003), Gloomborg-Right Marital Status Questionnaire (GRIMS-1988) and meta-emotion Mitmensgarre et al. (2009). The analysis was based on modeling Structural equations were obtained. The results of modeling the structural equations the fitness of the proposed model were supported by data. The result showed the effect of stigma infertility on quality of marital relationship, positive meta-emotion and negative meta-emotion and effect of psychological distress on negative meta-emotion, as well as effect of positive meta-emotion and negative meta-emotion on quality of marital relationship and indirect effect of stigma infertility and psychological distress through. positive meta-emotion and negative meta-emotion on quality of marital relationship (p<0/05). However, the direct path of psychological distress with quality of marital relationship and positive meta-emotion were not confirmed and the final model was removed. Based on results meta-emostion Based on the results, meta-emotion can be effective in controlling and managing the negative emotions caused by infertility and the resulting psychological distress and ultimately leads to improved quality of marital relationship.
