پیش بینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس مهارت های مقابله با استرس و چشم انداز زمان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس مهارت‌های مقابله با استرس و چشم‌انداز زمان بود. روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل زوجین ساکن در منطقه 2 شهر تهران بود که از میان آن‌ها نمونه‌ای به تعداد 250 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب ‌شده و به پرسشنامه‌های رضایتمندی زناشویی انریچ، سبک­ های مقابله‌ای لازاروس و فولکمن، چشم‌انداز زمان زیمباردو پاسخ دادند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، 5/12 درصد واریانس رضایت زناشویی بر اساس چشم‌انداز زمان و به‌کارگیری راهبردهای مقابله با استرس در زوجین پیش‌بینی می‌شود. نتایج همچنین نشان داد در به‌کارگیری راهبردهای هیجانی با رضایت زناشویی رابطه معکوس و معنادار وجود دارد، اما در به‌کارگیری راهبردهای مقابله‌ای متمرکز بر حل مسئله با رضایت زناشویی رابطه معناداری نشان داده نشد. در بررسی روابط دیدگاه‌های زمان با رضایت زناشویی نتایج حاکی از رابطه معکوس معنادار رضایت زناشویی با دیدگاه زمان گذشته منفی، حال لذت‌گرا و حال معتقد به سرنوشت بود. همچنین با توجه به نتایج آزمون t، زنان و مردان در رضایت زناشویی، به‌کارگیری راهبردهای مقابله با استرس و دیدگاه‌های زمان با هم تفاوت معناداری ندارند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to predict marital satisfaction based on coping skills and time perspective. The research method was correlation and the statistical population composed of couples living in the 2nddistrict of Tehran. By convenience sampling method, 250 individuals were selected and were asked to complete the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale, the Lazarus & Folkman’s Coping Styles Questionnaire and the Zimbardo’s Time Perspective Inventory. The results showed that 12.5% of variance of marital satisfa-ction can be explained by the time perspective and the use of coping strategies in couples. The findings also indicated that there was a negative association between emotional coping strategies and marital satisfaction; while, there was no significant relationship between problem-oriented strategies and marital satisfaction. In examining the relationship between views of time and marital satisfaction, the results indicated that there was a negative significant relationship between marital satisfaction with past negative view of time, present hedonistic and believing in present fatalistic. According to the results of t-test for gender differences, there was no significant difference between men and women in marital satisfaction, using coping strategies and time views.
