بررسی رابطه ابعاد الگوهای ارتباطات خانواده با میزان اضطراب و افسردگی فرزندان

چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه تحقیق در زمینه روابط موجود بین ابعاد الگوهای ارتباطات خانواده (جهت‌گیری گفت­ و شنود و جهت‌گیری همنوایی) و اضطراب و افسردگی فرزندان است. همواره ارتباطات موجود در بین اعضای خانواده به­ عنوان اساسی‌ترین مکانیسم برای فهم بسیاری از رفتارهای روانی ـ اجتماعی از جمله اضطراب و افسردگی قلمداد می­ شود. پژوهش حاضر سرآغاز بررسی الگوهای ارتباطات خانواده در ایران می‌باشد. در این مطالعه از 326 دانش‌آموز (161 دختر و 165 پسر) که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی چند‌مرحله‌ای از بین دانش‌آموزان پایه‌های دوم و سوم دبیرستان‌های شهر شیراز انتخاب شده بودند، استفاده شد. شرکت‌کنندگان ابزار تجدید ‌نظر ‌شده الگوهای ارتباطات خانواده و فرم کوتاه مقیاس ­های افسردگی، اضطراب و فشار روانی را تکمیل کردند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه حاکی از آن بود که جهت‌گیری گفت­ و شنود خانواده پیش‌بینی‌کننده معنـادار اضطـراب و افسردگی فرزندان است و اضطـراب و افسردگی آن­ ها را به­ طور منفی پیش‌بینی می‌کند. هم­چنین جهت‌‌گیری همنوایی خانواده به­ طور معنادار و مثبت اضطراب فرزندان را پیش‌بینی می‌کند اما پیش‌بینی‌کننده معناداری برای افسردگی آن­ها نیست.
