تجارب آسیب‌شناختی و رضامندی دلبستگی‌محور در رابطه‌ جنسی: یک پژوهش کیفی مبتنی بر دیدگاه همسران ایرانی

چکیده

مطالعه­ حاضر با هدف «واکاوی تجارب آسیب­شناختی و رضامندی دلبستگی­محور در رابطه‌ ­جنسی همسران ایرانی» انجام شد.از رابطه­ ­جنسی به‌عنوان نیروی محرکه و برانگیزاننده­ای یاد شده که می­تواند باعث برقراری تماس نزدیک و صمیمانه­ بین دو فرد شود. این مطالعه، یک پژوهش کیفی به روش پدیدارشناسی بود و مشارکت­کنندگان براساس روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. 24 نفر از همسران با حداقل سه سال طول مدت زندگی مشترک و در دو گروه رضامند از رابطه‌ی زوجی (خودگزارشی) و ناراضی (در سه جلسه‌ی نخست از فرآیند زوج‌درمانی یا در فرآیند حقوقی و قانونی طلاق)، تجاربشان از رابطه‌ی جنسی را به اشتراک گذاشتند. تحلیل و تفسیر داده­ها به روش کلایزی و رویکرد پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. پس از تحلیل نتایج دو خوشه‌ی اصلی «ارتباط تنانه مقَوِّمِ رابطه­ زوج» و «آسیب­پذیری رابطه از انفصال ارتباط تنانه» و هشت خوشه‌ی فرعی (سه مضمون ذیلِ نخستین خوشه: خواهشِ­ تن، پژواکِ تمنایِ جان، پیوستگیِ درون و بیرونِ ارتباط تنانه، خلقِ هویتِ مشترک و تمامیت‌جویی؛ و پنج مضمون ذیلِ دومین خوشه: والد شدن، موانع دانشی، موانع انگیزشی، عاطفی و رفتاری، ناهمنواییِ نامطلوب و تجارب گسست عاطفی) استخراج شد. نتایج این مطالعه تأییدی است بر اینکه نظریه‌ دلبستگی می­تواند یک چارچوب اساسی برای فهم و درک عمیق­تر رفتارها و تجربه­های جنسیِ همسران ارائه کند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to “investigate the attachment-based pathological and satisfaction experiences in sexual relationship between Iranian spouses”. Sexual relationship has been considering as one of primary motivating factors bringing about innermost feelings and close relationships. A phenomenological qualitative method was adopted to meet the demands of study purposes. By means of purposive sampling method, twenty-four married couples with minimum length of marriage around three have participated in two groups of satisfied(self-report) and dissatisfied (in the first three sessions of the couple therapy process or in the legal process of divorce) couples. Using the Colizzi and the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) methods, two main clusters of "Sex enhances couple relationship" and "relationship vulnerability Spouses of Sexual Separation" have been revealed. Eight sub-clusters have also discovered appositely. Findings of this study confirm that attachment theory strikingly provide a fundamental framework for a deeper understanding of spouses' sexual behaviors and experiences.
