Effective pre-marital counseling plays an essential role in empowering couples for a successful marriage. Therefore, the present study has been carried out with the aim of Elaborating Experts' Perspectives on the Current and Desired State of Pre-Marital Counseling in Iran. This study is qualitative, basic qualitative research, and its statistical population included premarital professionals in 2023. The purposive sampling technique was used and qualified people were identified and a request for participation was sent to them. Qualitative data were collected through semi-structured interviews until reaching saturation, and were analyzed based on the thematic analysis method of Braun& Clark. In this way, 12 premarital experts were interviewed. According to the results of data analysis, from the point of view of experts, premarital counseling standards are considered as the current procedures of premarital counseling and moving forward from current situation to the desired situation. According to the results of this study, the lack of a specific structure in premarital counseling has caused confusion for experts and their over-reliance on their personal experiences and tastes. Trying to develop a suitable structure for Iranian culture in premarital counseling is important due to the consequences of this incident.

Purpose: The present research was conducted to identifying the role and status of the daughter in-laws in the In-law family. Method: The research method is applied and qualitative with an interpretive phenomenological approach. The study sample included 12 married women in Tehran, who were selected by purposeful and snowball sampling. A semi-structured interview was conducted, then it was implemented verbatim and analyzed according to the method of Smith and Osborne (2008). Findings: In this study, 6 main themes were identified in women's experiences: 1) the meaning of being a daughter in-law before marriage; 2) the meaning of being a daughter in-law after marriage; 3) Being a daughter in-law during the transition from engagement to permanent marriage; 4) communication with the In-law family; 5) being a daughter in-law and wife's role and 6) being a daughter in-law and motherhood. The essence of the experience was "being a daughter in-law; a valuable experience mixed with difficulty". Conclusion: According to the findings, it seems that women consider marriage as an essential stage in life, which, despite the existing difficulties, also includes special values and privileges. The results can be used by families and therapists to enrich the relationship with In-law family.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the psychometric properties of the relational-connectivity scale and to compare relationship quality typological based on insecure attachment and depression. the research was a descriptive-correlational. 333 married people in Tehran participated in the study through online recall. Relational-connectivity scale, Kansas marital satisfaction scale, Experience in Close Relationship and The Patient Health Questionnaire-2 were used to collect the data. the total Cronbach’s alpha was 0.95 and McDonald’s omega index was 0.959. the results of exploratory factor analysis showed that 11 questions were loaded on one factor which explained 73.64% of the variance of the relational-connectivity scale. Correlation of this scale with marital satisfaction, avoidant attachment, anxious attachment and depression was significant (p<0/01). confirmatory factor analysis after model modification (11-item) indicated a good fit with the data. Also, the results of analysis of variance (MANOVA) to compare four types of relationship quality, including languishing, flourishing, satisfied less-connected and connected, less-satisfied were significant in terms of insecure attachment and depression (p<0/01); there was no significant difference between men and women (p>0/01). Overall, the relational-connectivity tool has suitable psychometric properties, and paying attention to the typology of marital quality can lead to new conceptualizations in this field.

The aim of the present study was designing and investigating the psychometric properties of the husbands' marital jealousy questionnaire in married women. The research design was mixed research method. In the first part of the research, the husbands' marital jealousy scale was designed using the qualitative method of phenomenology and literature study and in the second part, the psychometric properties of the designed scale were investigated with the descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of the qualitative phenomenological research included all married women living in Ardabil city who experienced marital jealousy from their husbands, Then, 400 married women were selected using available sampling method and responded to the scale of marital jealousy and multidimensional jealousy questionnaire of Pfeiffer and Wong (1989). Data analysis was done in the qualitative part and in the quantitative part, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used The results of exploratory factor analysis with principal components showed that the scale of marital jealousy is a 40-item instrument and has three behavioral, emotional, and social-normative components, and explains 40.56% of the variance of jealousy. Confirmatory factor analysis Identifying and studying marital jealousy in spouses can prevent its negative impact on couples' relationships.

Marital infidelity is one of the reasons that marital relationships collapse, harming all those involved in it. This study examined their experiences with a qualitative method and a descriptive phenomenological approach. In this regard, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 11 women who were romantically involved with a married person. For analyzing the data, the Colaizzi method was used. The results of the initial coding were identified in the form of 5 time periods - before the start of the relationship, at the beginning of the relationship, during the relationship, the end of the relationship and after the relationship. Before the relationship began, the two main themes included effective history and having moral values. At the beginning of the relationship, the path of acquaintance, unexpected experiences and conscious choice were the main themes. During the relationship, the following 5 themes came up: adversities, persistent factors, desires, goals, and events. At the end of the relationship, the main themes were the reasons for the breakup. After the relationship, the traces of the relationship, achievements and forgiveness were the main themes. The essence of the relationship was called exciting and bitter.

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of parental wisdom in the parent-child relationship and their meta-parenting. The research project of solidarity and its community was all the parents of Yazd city, who were randomly selected in a multi-stage way, 150 mothers and 150 fathers with at least two children (one of the children in adolescence). They completed Ardlet's Intelligence, Pianta's Parent-Child Relationship, and Hawk and Holden's meta-parenting Questionnaires. Data were analyzed using correlation test and multiple regression analysis. Increasing the scores of the cognitive and reflective dimension played a role in reducing the conflict and the reflective dimension predicted dependence inversely. Also, higher emotional scores predict higher extra-parenting. The results of the separation of fathers and mothers showed that reflectiveness in fathers and emotionality in mothers can predict the intimacy of parent-child relationship, and an increase in reflection dimension in both groups of fathers and mothers leads to a decrease in parent-child relationship. The findings showed that increasing wisdom in parents can improve the parent-child relationship in general, and be a tool for their meta-parenting.

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of home-school cooperation training on psychological well-being and parent-child relationship in mothers of visually impaired children. The research design was a semi-experimental type with a pre-test, post-test and follow-up with a control group. The statistical population was formed by the mothers of visually impaired children in Yasouj city. 30 mothers of visually impaired children were selected from the schools of this city by the convenience sampling method and replaced by a random method in two experimental (15 people) and control (15 people) groups. The experimental group participated in 12 sessions (2 sessions of 150 minutes per week) in the home-school cooperation training program, while the control group did not participate in this program. In this research, Reif’s psychological well-being scale and Pianta’s parent-child relationship scale were used. The data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance. The results showed that home-school cooperation training had a positive and significant effect on the psychological well-being and parent-child relationship of mothers of visually impaired children in the experimental group. Therefore, it is suggested to use this program in the rehabilitation centers and special schools for the blind.

The loss of a child is a devastating event for any parent. However, when a human agency is involved in the child's death, the grieving experience for parents becomes even more complex. This study aims to conceptualize complicated grief in parents who have lost their children to homicide. This study employed a qualitative research methodology with a phenomenological approach. The target population of the study consisted of all women and men who had lost their children to homicide. Participants were selected through purposive sampling from courthouses and criminal courts in Gilan Province, Iran. Data saturation criteria were used to determine the sample size, and the Colaizzi's Seven-Step Method was used to analyze the data. The qualitative analysis of the interviews revealed three main themes (intrapersonal context, interpersonal context, and unknown context) and 45 subthemes. In addition to the challenges they experience in the intrapersonal and interpersonal contexts of homicide bereavement, bereaved parents also face a series of unfamiliar challenges in the unknown context of homicide bereavement. These unfamiliar challenges disrupt the healthy processing of grief-related emotions and make it difficult for them to fulfill their grief-related tasks.

The effective participation of family in responding to the delinquency of children and adolescents is an important step that improves the process of rehabilitation .Because it has a great impact on children by its own functions, especially socializing and exercising social control. Nevertheless, the evaluation of legislative and judicial criminal policy indicates that this strategy has not been properly considered. This issue is rooted in the fact that smoothing family participation is a complicated and difficult path. The main problem of this research is finding solutions that will lead to increasing the quantity of family participation or improving its quality in the rehabilitation model. The findings of the research indicate that the use of solutions such as determining the format of family participation in providing rehabilitation responses, paying attention to the role of the family in different dimensions of rehabilitation, predicting participation in different stages of rehabilitation and during criminal proceedings, and even after that, increases the possibility of family participation. The use of paralegal experts in the field of legislation and justice, emphasis on the necessity of training and empowering the family are solutions that improve the qualitative process of family participation.
