The purpose of this article is to investigate the lived experience of teleworking of married employees during the outbreak of Corona virus from the perspective of work-life balance. This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative and phenomenological in terms of approach. The statistical population includes married and male and female employees who have had teleworking experience in government offices in Tehran during the epidemic of coronavirus. In this statistical population, 14 employees were selected as a research sample using the snowball technique. The data collection method was in-depth semi-structured interview and for data analysis, phenomenological content analysis technique was used to understand the lived experience of employees<strong><em>. </em></strong>Findings showed that teleworking during the Covid19 epidemic reduced work-life conflict and improved the work-life balance for employees. The findings of the study indicate that male and female employees tend to accept teleworking, but the existence of infrastructure problems and the weakness of the teleworking culture and the resulting negative emotions have led to teleworking not being carried out properly. Therefore, the current experience of teleworking in the days of the Corona virus outbreak as a positive experience and a rich source of knowledge, can persuades the directors of public organizations to review the issue of forcing all employees to be full time at work and flexibility in working hours

<br />Marital satisfaction is important for maintaining the life of couples and their well-being, and identifying the factors that increase marital satisfaction is evident. The purpose of this study was to predict marital satisfaction based on the attitude similarity, attitude familiarity and values similarity of couples. The research design was a descriptive and correlational study. The statistical population of this study was all married couples in Tehran and Karaj. 126 couples were selected by voluntary and accessible method. All subjects completed the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale Questionnaire (Enrich), Dynamic Adjustment Scale Inventory (DAS) and Study of Values Questionnaire (SOV).<br />Findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between coordination of feedback, familiarity with spouse's feedback and coordination of couples' values with marital satisfaction. These variables have the power to predict marital satisfaction. With the spouse's feedback and coordination, the couple's values are equal to 0.71 and their common variance is equal to 0.50, which means that the desired variables predict 50% of the couple's marital satisfaction. The results showed the importance of coordinating feedback, familiarity with the spouse's feedback and coordinating the couple's values on marital satisfaction, which can be considered in marriage counseling sessions.

Identity Marital satisfaction, as one of the important and determining indicators in the strength of the family, is a situation in which the husband and wife feel happy, satisfied with marriage and satisfied with each other most of the time. The purpose of this research is to investigate the moderating role of self-differentiation in the relationship. There was a correlation between emotional abuse and attachment with marital satisfaction of couples in Bandar Abbas city. The research method was descriptive-correlation and structural equation modeling. The statistical population included all the couples of Bandar Abbas city in 2022-2023, out of which 240 people were selected by available sampling method. Data collection tools include self-differentiation questionnaire, Skorn and Friedlander (2003), childhood trauma, Mohammadkhani et al. (2003), adult attachment scale, Collins and Reed (1990) and Olson's marital satisfaction scale (1994) were used. And data analysis was done using hierarchical regression method and SPSS software version 24. The findings showed that self-differentiation can moderate the effect of emotional misbehavior and infatuation style dimensions on marital satisfaction at the level of p < 0.01 with regression coefficients of 0.1424 and -0.370, respectively. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that self-differentiation affects the intensity of the effects of emotional abuse and attachment on marital satisfaction.

In this article, we have studied the typology of adult children and parents using the latent class analysis method and Mplus software. The statistical population of this survey was men and women aged 18 and over in Tehran who had at least one living parent and noncoresident<em>.</em> The instrument used was a questionnaire and the sampling method is multi-stage cluster and has been selected a sample of 1000 people from 30 districts of Tehran. The results show that: The pattern of adult children's relationships with father and mother is almost the same and have been identified 4 types of Harmonious, Emotional, Obligatory and Discordant relationships that have been affected by structural conditions. <br />Harmonious relationships have been more than 50% and emotional relationships more than 30%. Obligatory relationships were lower at mothers than fathers (5.5 vs. 3.5) and discordant relationships were lower at fathers than mothers (8.6 vs. 3.7). With increasing geographical distance, the chances of being in the emotional and discordant types have increased, and discordant relationships has been reported more in people whose fathers are divorced or without a spouse than in other types. The quality of the relationship with the parents, in a harmonious and emotional types, have been more than obligatiry and especially discordant. In general, it can be said that in the relations between adult children and parents in the city of Tehran, generational solidarity is dominant and generational conflict is not common

The present study aims to examine the factor structure, validity, and reliability of the scale of Psychological Abuse in Intimate Partner Violence (EAPA-P) among Iranian women. The research method was descriptive correlation and the participants consisted of 342 injured women who were selected by available sampling. Participants completed Psychological Abuse in Intimate Partner Violence (EAPA-P) and Revised Conflict Tactics Scale (CTS-2). The results of reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the subscale of direct strategies of EAPA-P were reported and indirect strategies were 0.91 and 0.90 respectively. According to the validity index, the correlation of spousal abuse factors (EAPA-P) with the psychological and physical violence sub-category of (CTS-2) was positive and significant (P<0.01). Also, the correlation of factors of (EAPA-P) with negative negotiation subscale has been obtained (P<0.05). Results of Goodness-0f-fit index 0/90, Comparative Fit Index 0/95 and Root Mean Squara Error of Approximation 0/067 which Showed that the two-factor model of the two forms fit with the data. In general, it can be stated that (EAPA-P) has the necessary properties of validity and reliability and can be employed in family research studies and consultation.<br />

A child is a being who is not able to protect itself and is incapable of managing its own affairs. Therefore, the child needs someone to manage his affairs in the best way in order to meet his major interests and provide the necessities of life. Father, or paternal grandfather as a,” compulsory guardian” or” special guardians” although considered the most sympathetic person towards the child, his actions are bound by expediency. Considering the basic function of expediency in children’s rights, this question is always raised whether “interests of the child” is a rule or a fundamental comprehensive principle in the matter of custody? Do we look at it as a general rule or not? In Ja’fari jurisprudence texts, regarding guardianship, administration and business, although there is a lot of discussion about the interest of the child, the issue of custody has been neglected. However, in Iran’s legal system; the civil law, the family law refers to the issue of custody of children. In this research, the reasons and documents related to the “principle of expediency in child custody “from reliable Islamic sources were extracted and used to understand the cases of silence in the relevant laws, with the theoretical support of “the principle of expediency in child custody” and the effects of the principle of expediency manifested in the current rights.
