		<Abstract>This research was undertaken with the goal of investigating the impact of stress and anger management training on reduc-ing anger and stress of mothers whose children had autism spectrum disorders. The statistical population of this research included all mothers of children with autism spectrum disorders who refer to Behara center in 2015. Through convenience sampling method, 30 mothers were selected as research sample and were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups (15 subjects/group). Research tools included Stress Response Inventory and Aggression Inventory. Stress and anger management training was conducted on mothers of experimental group during eight 90-minutes weekly sessions. Pretest- posttest design within con-trol group was used in this study. Data was analyzed by Covariance. The results showed that anger and stress management training in parents reduces anger and its aspects (verbal aggression, physical aggression, and impulsivity) also reduce stress and its aspects (tension, aggression, anger, fatigue and fiasco) in mothers of children with autism spectrum disorders.</Abstract>
