The statistical population of this research comprised of all first grade high school students with their mothers in the academic year of 1393-1394 in Baharestan town. Through cluster sampling method and interview, 24 students with their mothers selected as the research subjects and randomly divided to two groups of experimental (12) and control (12) groups. The questionnaire of parent-child conflicts of Straus (2002) (mother and child forms) and general self-efficacy questionnaire of Sherer et al (1982) were used. Mindfulness training on mothers of the experimental group conducted for eight 120-minutes weekly sessions. This study was designed as pretest-posttest with control group and followed up in 90 days. Data were analyzed through Covariance and variance analysis. The results showed that mindfulness training to the mothers improved parent-child relationships and its aspects (increasing reasoning skills and decreasing verbal and physical aggression) between mothers and sons. Also it was demonstrated that relationship improvement due to mindfulness training increased children’s self-efficacy. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تأثیر آموزش آگاهی‌ سیال به مادران بر بهبود روابط والد ـ فرزند با همایندی خودکارآمدی در فرزندان انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را دانش‌آموزان سال اول مقطع متوسطه شهرستان بهارستان در سال تحصیلی 94-93 به همراه مادران‌شان تشکیل می‌دادند. به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای همراه با مصاحبه، تعداد 24 نفر از دانش‌آموزان به همراه مادران‌شان به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب ‌شدند و به ‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه (12 نفره) آزمایشی و گواه تقسیم شدند. ابزار این پژوهش پرسش‌نامه­های تعارضات والد ـ فرزند اشتراوس (2002) (فرم مادر و فرم فرزند) و خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر و همکاران (1982) بود. آموزش آگاهی سیال روی مادران گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه هفتگی 120 دقیقه‌ای اجرا شد. در این تحقیق از طرح پیش‌آزمون ـ پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری 90 روزه استفاده شد. تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از طریق آزمون تحلیل کواریانس و تحلیل واریانس صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش آگاهی سیال به مادران موجب بهبود روابط والد ـ فرزند و ابعاد آن (افزایش مهارت استدلال و کاهش پرخاشگری کلامی و فیزیکی) بین مادران و پسران می‌گردد. هم‌چنین نتایج نشان داد که بهبود روابطی که نتیجه آموزش آگاهی سیال بود خودکارآمدی فرزندان را افزایش داد. https://jfr.sbu.ac.ir/article_97234_4bf45d3fc8cdc303dd03d398df7dec09.pdf
