The present study tries to describe the couples’ experiences during child bearing stage in association with their acceptance and role participation. This research is a qualitative study and collected a sample of 14 members of couples in the early stage of child bearing based on the purpose of the study and went through deep interviews. In this study, the Colaizzi method has been used for the information analysis. The reliability and validity of the present study mainly stem from four axes of real value, applicability, consistency and based on the fact. The interview transcripts have been analyzed with three main themes: acceptance, role participation, and social support. Three essential elements were found including “acceptance, role participation, and social support” as important in order to maintain life family strength during first experience of child bearing in marital life. There fore, health system providers are suggested to use this information to deal with the challenges they face in child bearing stage to improve preparation of young couples. واقعه تولد فرزند اول یکی از مهم‌ترین رویدادهای زندگی زوجین می­باشد؛ چرا که اغلب والدین با تولد فرزند اول خود، دچار یک تحول درونی می­شوند. این مطالعه به منظور توصیف تجارب زوجین از نخستین تجربه فرزنددار شدن در رابطه با تقبل و مشارکت نقشی و حمایت آنان می­باشد. این پ‍‍ژوهش یک مطالعه کیفی است.نمونه‌گیری به روش مبتنی بر هدف متشکل از 14 نفر از زوجینی که دارای یک کودک در سن نوپایی بوده­اند انجام گرفت. روش تجزیه و تحلیل کلایزی راهنمای فعالیت­های پ‍ژوهشگران در این مطالعه بود. روایی و پایایی مطالعه حاضر ریشه در چهار محور ارزش واقعی، کاربردی بودن، مبتنی بر واقعیت بودن و تداوم دارد.سه تم اصلی و کلی با عنوان «تقبل نقشی، مشارکت نقشی و حمایت اجتماعی» از متن مصاحبه­های استخراج شده به دست آمد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نمایانگر سه عنصر اساسی و مهم «تقبل نقشی، مشارکت نقشی و حمایت اجتماعی» در جهت حفظ و تحکیم زندگی خانوادگی و زناشویی زوجین در طول نخستین تجربه آنان از مرحله فرزنددار شدن است. بر همین اساس مراقبین سلامتی بایستی از این اطلاعات برای آمادگی بهتر زوجین برای چالش­های مرحله فرزنددار شدن استفاده نمایند. https://jfr.sbu.ac.ir/article_96774_7f427bd73875a0554079752ff24786ea.pdf
