In this regard, the family, as the primary environment for a child’s growth and development, plays a decisive role.<br /><br /><br /><br />This descriptive-analytical study, based on library and documentary research, seeks to answer why and how families can protect the lives of transgender children and help them achieve the highest level of health by utilizing existing legal capacities.<br /><br /><br /><br />By examining the threats endangering the lives and health of transgender children, it was found that families, depending on their awareness and abilities, can act either as violators or defenders of their rights, or as active facilitators in these areas. The 2020 Child and Adolescent Protection Act officially recognized transgender children as a vulnerable group and took an important step in their protection. However, insufficient understanding of their unique situation, lack of tailored measures, and limited focus on the family’s role and empowerment highlight the need to address legal gaps and develop appropriate guidelines and protocols. وضعیت خاص کودکان تراجنسیتی به دلیل پیامدهای ملال‌‎جنسیتی‌شان، حیات و سلامت آنان را با مخاطرات جدی مواجه کرده و اتخاذ تدابیری هوشمندانه برای بهره‌مندی آنان از سلامت جسمی، روانی و جنسی را اقتضاء می‌کند. در این مسیر خانواده به عنوان اولین محیط رشد و پرورش کودک نقش سرنوشت‌سازی را ایفا می‌کند.<br /><br />این پژوهش به روش توصیفی_تحلیلی و با گردآوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی درصدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که خانواده چرا و چگونه می‌تواند نقش خود را در صیانت از حیات و بهره‌مندی کودکان تراجنسیتی از بالاترین سطح سلامت با لحاظ ظرفیت‌های قانونی موجود ایفا کند. <br /><br />با بررسی مخاطرات تهدیدکنندۀ حیات و سلامت کودکان تراجنسیتی مشخص شد که خانواده بسته به میزان آگاهی و توانمندی خود، می‌تواند ناقض یا حامی حقوق یا زمینه‌ساز فعالی در این دوحوزه باشد. قانون حمایت از اطفال و نوجوانان ۱۳۹۹ با شناسایی این کودکان در شمار وضعیت‌های مخاطره‌آمیز، گام موثری برای حمایت از آنان برداشت، لیکن شناخت ناکافی از وضعیت خاص این کودکان، عدم متناسب‌سازی تدابیر با شرایط آنان و توجه ویژه به نقش خانواده و توانمند کردن آنان، مستلزم رفع خلأهای قانونی و تهیه دستورالعمل‌ها و پروتکل‌های مناسب در این خصوص است. https://jfr.sbu.ac.ir/article_106107_3d3134926da3a9d2e90ff2101eb20b67.pdf
