Method: This study was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test study with a three-month follow-up. The statistical population was 60 couples referring to Sari counseling centers, and the sampling method was available with random replacement. The measurement tools were Sanaei and Barati's marital conflict questionnaire (1996), and Rosen's questionnaire for sexual performance of women and men (2000). Findings: The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that combined therapy and Basson's sexual model had a significant effect on reducing marital conflicts and improving sexual performance of couples (p≤0.05), but in the Satir's family therapy group, the results were not significant in the area of sexual performance (P>0.05). The three-month follow-up indicated the stability of the results. Conclusion: According to the results of the study, it seems that the combined treatment model and Basson's sexual model have a greater impact on solving couples' problems because they examine and challenge broader dimensions of marital problems. It is suggested that combined models and Basson's treatment model be used more. مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی الگوی جنسی باسون، خانواده درمانی ستیر و مدل ترکیبی این دو درمان بر تعارضات زناشویی و عملکرد جنسی زوجین بود. روش: این مطالعه، نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با پیگیری سه ماهه بود. جامعه آماری زوج های مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره ساری به تعداد 60 نفر و روش نمونه گیری در دسترس با جایگزینی تصادفی بوده است. ابزار اندازه گیری، پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی ثنایی و براتی (1375)، پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی زنان و مردان روزن (2000)، بود. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری نشان داده است، درمان ترکیبی و مدل جنسی باسون اثربخشی معنی داری برکاهش تعارضات زناشویی و بهبود عملکرد جنسی زوجین داشته است (p≤0/05)، اما در گروه خانواده درمانی ستیر در حوزه عملکرد جنسی، نتایج معنی دار نبوده است (P>0.05). . پیگیری سه ماهه بیانگر ثبات برآیندها بود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه، چنین به نظر می رسد که، مدل ترکیبی درمان و مدل جنسی باسون به واسطه اینکه ابعاد گسترده تری از مشکلات زناشویی را مورد بررسی و چالش قرار می دهند، تاثیر بیشتری بر حل مشکلات زوجین دارد، پیشنهاد می گردد، از مدل های ترکیبی و الگوی درمان باسون بیشتر استفاده شود.
