As restrictions were extended, ma-ny families experienced a number of fam-ily problems, including domestic violence, marital conflict, and sexual dissatisfaction. <br />In this regard, the present review study was conducted to investigate the role of marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction during the COVID-19 epidemic on the mental health of families. This study pro-vides a systematic review by searching the keywords COVID-19, Marital Satisfa-ction, Sexual Satisfaction Mental Health, Domestic Violence, and COVID-19 in the titles and abstracts of articles published in Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, and Science Direct. The main entry criteria were all English-language printed articles related in 2020 and 2021. The findings showed that the couples' verbal, physical, psychological and marital conflicts increased significantly compared to the time before the outbreak of COVID-19. Also, the couple's performance and sexual satisfaction during the COVID-19 pand-emic did not have the required quality and had a significant decrease. Given the long-term consequences of domestic violence on the mental health of women and children, it is necessary to take measures to identify, reduce and control family problems.<br />  کرونا ویروس 2019 (کووید-19) به عنوان یک بیماری همه‌گیر باعث ایجاد محدودیت‌های زیادی در سطح جهان از جمله قرنطینه خانگی شد. با طولانی شدن محدودیت‌ها بسیاری از خانواده‌ها دچار مشکلات خانوادگی متعددی مانند خشونت خانگی، تعارضات زناشویی و روابط جنسی خود شدند. در این راستا، پژوهش مروری حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش رضایت زناشویی و رضایت جنسی طی همه‌گیری کرونا ویروس 2019 بر سلامت روانی خانواده‌ها انجام شد. در این مطالعه مروری نظام-مند با جستجو توسط واژگان کلیدی Coronavirus 2019 ، Marital Satisfaction، Sexual Satisfaction Mental Health, Domestic Violence, و COVID-19 در عنوان و چکیده مقالات منتشر شده در پایگاه‌های Google Scholar، PubMed، Scopus و ScienceDirect مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. معیار اصلی جهت ورود، مقالات چاپی تمام متن انگلیسی مرتبط طی سال‌های 2020 و 2021 بود. یافته‌های به‌دست آمده نشان داد در مقایسه با قبل از شیوع کووید-19 خشونت کلامی، جسمانی، روانی و تعارضات زناشویی زوجین به میزان قابل توجهی افزایش یافته است. همچنین عملکرد و رضایت جنسی زوجین در دوران همه‌گیری کرونا ویروس 2019 کیفیت لازم را نداشت و کاهش چشمگیری داشت. با توجه به پیامدهای بلندمدت خشونت‌های خانگی بر روی سلامت روانشناختی زنان و فرزندان، لازم است تدابیری در جهت شناسایی، کاهش و کنترل مشکلات خانوادگی اتخاذ گردد. https://jfr.sbu.ac.ir/article_101184_c51f91cb0b1b167e0a5eeb2d81fb28aa.pdf
