The study was done by qualitative method and samples were collected through purposive sampling. Among 104 semi-structured interviews with different ethnic groups and geographic regions, 74 interviews recognized qualified to analyze. Colaizzi method was used for analyzing recorded data which leaded to categorizing family health into four classes: individual health, institutional health, interactional health, and social health. Comparing characteristics of healthy and unhealthy families in this study showed that based on Iranian families’ opinion healthy family is objectivist and survival-involved, functional, religious, traditional, hierarchical, interdependent, pluralist, conservative, anxious and exhibitive. Although, Iranian family tend toward modernism, but from perspective of participants in this study, unhealthy family has elements of modernity rather than tradition. It seems that ideal pattern for Iranian family is defined more appropriately as hierarchical and pluralist structure.}, keywords = {healthy family- health patternIran- Iran}, title_fa = {جستجوی الگوهای سلامت خانواده ایرانی: یک مطالعه کیفی}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش با هدف تعیین دیدگاه­ های خانواده ایرانی درباره مفهوم سلامت خانواده انجام شد. روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع کیفی و نمونه­ گیری به صورت هدفمند بود. از مجموع 104 مصاحبه انجام شده در میان اقوام و مناطق مختلف ایران، 76 مصاحبه از کیفیت مناسب جهت تحلیل داده ها برخوردار بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها از روش کلایزی استفاده شد. با بررسی گزاره­ های ثبت شده می­توان سلامت خانواده را در چهار طبقه جای داد: سلامت فردی، سلامت نهادی، سلامت تعاملی و سلامت جامعه ­ای. از مقایسه ویژگی­های خانواده سالم و آسیب­ دیده در این پژوهش، می­ توان چنین گفت که در نظر خانواده ایرانی، یک خانواده سالم، خانواده­ ای مادی­گرا و درگیر بقا، کارکردی، مذهبی، سنتی، سلسله­ مراتبی، وابستۀ متقابل، جمع­گرا، محافظه ­کار، مضطرب و نمایشی است. اگرچه جامعۀ ایرانی نشانه­ هایی از حرکت به سوی نوگرایی را بروز می­ دهد، اما خانواده ناسالم به­ زعم شرکت­ کنندگان در این تحقیق، بیشتر دربرگیرندۀ عناصر مدرن است تا سنتی. به نظر می ­رسد الگوی ایده آل خانواده ایرانی در درون ساختار سلسله مراتبی و جمع گرایانه تعریف می­ شود.}, keywords_fa = {خانواده سالم- ایران- الگوی سلامت}, url = {https://jfr.sbu.ac.ir/article_97258.html}, eprint = {https://jfr.sbu.ac.ir/article_97258_af54c34c07bf9c5cbc6adb99cd5eaf18.pdf} }
