اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی پردازش حسی مبتنی بر الگوی دان به مادران کودکان پیش‌دبستانی مضطرب بر نشانگان اختلال‌های اضطرابی کودکان آن‌ها

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش سبک‌های پردازش حسی مبتنی بر الگوی دان به مادران، بر کاهش مشکلات اضطرابی فرزندان پیش‌دبستانی آن‌ها انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌تجربی و با طرح‌های پیش‌آزمون‌پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مادرانِ کودکان مضطرب مهدکودک‌های شهر کرج بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل مادران چهل کودک مبتلا به اضطراب مقطع پیش‌دبستانی بود که به روش در دسترس انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس اضطراب کودکان پیش‌دبستانی (PAS) و پرسش‌نامه پردازش حسی فرم کودک (CSP) بود. گروه آزمایش با استفاده از بستۀ آموزشی سبک‌های پردازش حسی مبتنی بر الگوی دان مورد مداخله قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.
تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که بین میانگین نمره‌های زیرمقیاس‌های اضطراب جدایی، ترس ناشی از جراحات جسمانی، اضطراب اجتماعی و اضطراب تعمیم‌یافته در پس‌آزمون و پیگیری، بین دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (001/0= p، 26/21، 32/33، ،56/24، 14/11= F) تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (05/0>p). باتوجه‌به نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر و باتوجه‌به کاهش معنادار اضطراب کودکان می‌توان نقش آموزش سبک‌های پردازش حسی را بر کاهش نشانگان اضطرابی کودکان مبتلا به اضطراب اثرگذار دانست.

This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of teaching sensory processing styles based on Dunn's model to mothers in reducing the anxiety problems of their preschool children. The methodology was semi-experimental with pre-test-post-test designs with control and follow-up groups. The statistical population of the research was the mothers of anxious children in Karaj kindergartens. The sample included mothers of 40 children suffering from preschool anxiety, who were selected with Convenience Sampling. The research tools included preschool children's anxiety scale (PAS) and child form sensory processing questionnaire (CSP). The experimental group was intervened using the educational package of sensory processing styles based on Dunn's model. The research data was analyzed using the statistical method of multivariate analysis of covariance. Data analysis showed that there is a significant difference(p>0.05) between the mean scores of the subscales of separation anxiety, fear of physical injury, social anxiety and generalized anxiety in the post-test and follow-up, between the two experimental and control groups (p = 0.001, 21.26, 32 F=11/14, 24/56, 33/5) According to the results and considering the significant reduction of children's anxiety, the role of teaching sensory processing styles can be considered effective in reducing the anxiety symptoms of children with anxiety.
