شناسایی آسیب‌های بین فردی زوجی زنان دارای اضطراب دلبستگی

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف مطالعه‌ی کیفی آسیب‌های بین فردی زوجی زنان دارای اضطراب دلبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری کلیه زنان دارای اضطراب دلبستگی و همسرانشان بود که به دلیل مشکلات زناشویی در سال 1398- 1397 به مراکز مشاوره سطح شهر اصفهان مراجعه نمودند؛ همچنین کلیه متخصصان و درمانگران که نسبت به اضطراب دلبستگی و پیامدهای آن تبحر داشتند و متون، مقالات و کتب علمی مرتبط با موضوع اضطراب دلبستگی، مشکلات در روابط بین فردی زوجی زنان دارای اضطراب دلبستگی نیز بودند. 10 زن به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند از بین کسانی که بیشترین نمره را در زیرمقیاس اضطراب دلبستگی مقیاس تجارب در روابط نزدیک برنان و همکاران (1998، به نقل از وی، راسل و زاکالیک، 2005) کسب نموده بودند، به همراه همسرانشان انتخاب گردیدند. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و برای تحلیل یافته‌ها از روش تحلیل تماتیک استفاده شد. یافته‌ها به طور کلی شامل 10 زیر مقوله بود که با توجه به شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌ها و مقایسه محتوای مقوله‌ها، در 3 مقوله‌ی اصلی آسیب‌های هیجانی، آسیب‌های ارتباطی و آسیب‌های عملکردی طبقه‌بندی شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد شناسایی آسیب‌های بین فردی زوجی زن دارای اضطراب دلبستگی و ارائه راهکارهای پیشگیرانه و درمانی متناسب با هر آسیب می‌تواند کمک بزرگی باشد در جهت پایداری روابط زوجین، افزایش رضایتمندی زناشویی و ارتقاء سلامت جامعه.
