اثربخشی مشاوره زوجی مبتنی بر مدل سرخوردگی کایزر بر کاهش سرخوردگی زناشویی زوجین

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره زوجی مبتنی بر مدل سرخوردگی کایزر بر کاهش سرخوردگی زناشویی زوجین است. روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه است. جامعه آماری شامل زوجین مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره دانشگاه تهران در سال 96-95 بود که براساس مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بعنوان زوجین دارای سرخوردگی زناشویی انتخاب شدند. نمونه شامل 16 زوج هستند که به صورت هدفمند برگزیده و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش مشاوره زوجی مبتنی بر مدل سرخوردگی کایزر را در 11 جلسه 2 ساعته دریافت کردند. گروه گواه نیز در فهرست انتظار قرار داشتند. جمع ­آوری داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه سرخوردگی زناشویی کایزر انجام شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل واریانس دوعاملی با اندازه گیری مکرر استفاده شد. یافته­ها نشان داد که بین زوجینی که در مداخله را دریافت کرده بودند و زوجین گروه گواه تفاوت معناداری در میزان سرخوردگی زناشویی وجود دارد. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می­توان گفت مشاوره زوجی مبتنی بر مدل سرخوردگی کایزر می­تواند در کاهش سرخوردگی زناشویی اثربخش باشد. از اینرو، این شیوه مشاوره زوجی می­تواند به نحو مؤثری توسط متخصصین حوزه خانواده جهت درمان سرخوردگی زناشویی مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد.
