اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر علایم PTSD عاطفی در زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت زناشویی

چکیده

خیانت زناشویی معمولا با ضربه شدید به طرف مقابل  همراه است؛ این رویداد باعث بروز نشانه‌هایی شبیه اختلال استرس پس از سانحه (PTSD) می‌شود که یکی از سخت‌ترین مشکلات در مشاوره و روان‌درمانی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش علائم PTSD عاطفی صورت پذیرفت. روش پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری کلیه زنان آسیب‌دیده از پدیده خیانت همسر بودند، 30 آزمودنی که در نمرات PTSD عاطفی فوآ (2003) دارای طیف علایم متوسط به بالا(نمره 21  و بالاتر) بودند به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) گمارده شدند. آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش 9 جلسه در برنامه گروهی ACT شرکت کردند، اما گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. درنهایت داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس یک‌راهه) تحلیل شدند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش علائم PTSD عاطفی زنان آسیب‌دیده از پدیده خیانت (P<0/001 و F=478/37) مؤثر است.

چکیده [English]

Concealed relationships outside the marital field always cause a severe blow to the parties; these types of relationships cause symptoms similar to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) that is one of the most difficult problems in counseling and psychotherapy. The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on decreasing symptoms of emotional PTSD. Research method was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with control group. Study population were all women affected by infidelity, which 30 women that in scores emotional PTSD were higher than normal level were selected through available sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 9 sessions of acceptance and commitment group training, but the control group not received any training. Finally data were analyzed in two statistical levels, descriptive and inferential statistics(ANCOVA). Result shows that acceptance and commitment therapy is effective (P
