بررسی اثربخشی بسته آموزشی قدردانی ایمونز بر شادی و امید به زندگی زوجین

چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش قدردانی بر امید و شادی زوجین بود. بدین منظور با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 40 نفر از زوج‌های شهر نیشابور انتخاب شدند. تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات شبه آزمایشی با گروه کنترل و آزمایش بود که با استفاده از پرسشنامه امید اشنایدر و همکاران (1991) و پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد (1989) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بسته آموزشی قدردانی در این پژوهش برگرفته از مطالعات قمرانی (1389) و شاوت ول (2012) بود که با هدف پژوهش حاضر همسو شد. گروه آزمایش بسته آموزشی قدردانی به روش ایمونز را به مدت 9 جلسه دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکردند. تحلیل یافته‌های به دست آمده نشان داد پس از تعدیل پیش‌آزمون، تفاوت میانگین نمرات شادی و امید در گروه کنترل و آزمایش معنادار بود (01/0p<) و گروه آزمایش پس از دریافت آموزش قدردانی، شادی و امید بیشتری را نشان دادند. بر این اساس می‌توان بیان داشت شکل‌گیری یا گسترش یکی از هیجانات مثبت همانند قدردانی توانسته است به شکل‌گیری یا گسترش سایر هیجانات مثبت مانند شادی و امید در زوجین کمک کند. همچنین آموزش قدردانی سبب شد تا افراد منابع حمایتی بیشتری را در اختیار داشته باشد، لذا امید بیشتری را تجربه می‌کند و با افزایش هیجانات مثبت و کاهش هیجانات منفی، شادی بیشتری را تجربه می‌کند.
